  4. Haaiii, thank youu for this advice. Iโ€™ll attempt again to better myself. Itโ€™s justโ€ฆIโ€™ve been trying this since I was 17, but now Iโ€™m 21 and Iโ€™m still on day 1. Itโ€™s just so sad now after trying a hundred times every year and then falling back to my old bad habits. Right now, Iโ€™m willing to sacrifice my time. I just got my heart broken and I canโ€™t afford to fail. Not anymore. Iโ€™m tired of this same old self-loathing.

  5. to me this is insensitive. i stuggle to get up in the morning. i struggle to just live a semi normal life. i don't know what it is like to be you but I've had people tell me that I just have to do it. that breaks me down more. this video breaks me down more. i think you seem really nice and I don't mean to be a hater but this made me fell so much worse about my life and my motivation problem.

  8. My set back is my discouragement due to diastasis recti. I'm skinny fat & did many of the videos specifically for this but I keep hearing "it's not fixable" and I feel like I'm never going to have normal abs again

  10. Really good tips. I am just starting my journey….again. leaning how to approach it this time around. Hopefully that helps. The motivation tip is really good. I always look to be motivated but you're right it's discipline and consistency I need to work on.
