What’s fallacious with celeb health recommendation? And what usually makes celebrities AWFUL health function fashions?



  1. You dont need fitness advice. You just need to eat healthy and exercise. 15 minutes of simple bodyweight exercises a day, light cardio a couple times a week, and a diet that has a lot of protein and fiber and limited carbs. Buying protein powder and oats and other supplements from bulkpowders is cheaper than buying food in a grocery store so you will also save money while doing it.

  2. I can't believe we're here talking about this in 2021. I miss Rich Piana so much. He openly said the first time he lost a tournament in front of his family. He was so frustrated that he took any needle anyone can provide. It didn't foreshadow any work he's done.

  3. You should've included a YouTuber name Phillion in this because he is the King of exposing fake Natties in Hollywood and on Social media on YouTube.. His videos are so thorough.

  5. I have to say this. When I was in my 20's and running track in college and working out many people did not believe I was natural but I was and my physique was phenomenal. Some people are honestly just genetically different. I ate like trash and was still shredded and buff. Never taken anything more than a creatine shake in my life and really didn't do much of that.

No problem… except for all the health problems that come with taking steroids that is.

    It is metabolically impossible for a man to gain more than maybe 2 lbs of muscle mass per month naturally (and that's only if everything is next to perfect, like genetics, training regimen and diet). So when a celebrity claims of having gained 30 lbs in 6 to 8 months, you can be sure: He's a roider. Heavily too.

  7. Train like the ROCK! daily routine: Wake up – 2 am, meditate for 2 hours, eat chicken, rice, broccoli, more chicken, heroin, more chicken. 7,200 calories in total. Work out for 35 hours and go to sleep at 2 am.

  8. 3 hours sleep. And they promote that as healthy. What the actual fuck.
    Take it from someone struggling with insomnia, who many a night have only slept about 3-4 hours; it is NOT a healthy lifestyle. I can't even imagine living like that on a regular. Damn, these people are downright dangerous😳

  9. Part of me thinks they just want you to eventually give up your own pursuit of looking great and being healthy, but still being super envious of the stars who are in shape. I believe for a second that they actually deliver on what they say they do. It's fraudulent, and it's on purpose.
